We offer doorstep delivery for your order. Delivery fee of £3.95 applies for orders under £100, £7.95 for orders over £100, or £14.95 for items requiring 2-man delivery. There is an additional £30 surcharge for all Northern Ireland orders.

What a fabulous find!

Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 days of your piece reaching our warehouse. For a buyer's remorse return, the £5 reverse logistic charge is deducted from your refund.. If your piece was faulty or damaged, you'll be refunded in full.

Yes, and it's free  both ways, with no charge. Email support@fableroom.com with your order number and what you'd like instead, and we'll arrange it and handle the logistics from both ends.

Please send it back unworn, in its original box and pouch, with the security tag still attached if there was one. Do take it out and look at it properly — hold it to the light, see how the stone catches. That's exactly what we'd want you to do and it isn't wearing it.
