How we think about pricing
At FableRoom, fair pricing isn’t a promotion - it’s who we are. By working directly
with artisans and manufacturers, we cut out the middlemen, which means our
everyday prices are typically 30-60% lower than traditional retailers. Quality at
honest prices is built into everything we sell.
Why we give rewards
We believe shopping should feel special. Whether you’ve written a thoughtful review,
referred a friend, celebrated a milestone with us, or we simply want to welcome you -
these moments deserve to be marked. So we create rewards: discount codes for your
first purchase, your birthday, a referral, or sometimes just because we think you’ll
love something.
How rewards work
Here’s how we think about these rewards: each one is meant to celebrate a specific moment or action. Our policy is simple - you can use one reward code per order, whichever gives you the best value.
You’re never restricted on which one or when - they’re yours to use as you like.
But because our baseline pricing already reflects significant savings, and we’re committed to running a sustainable business that’s fair to our artisans, our team, and you, we ask that rewards be enjoyed one at a time.
Your first order is special. We want your welcome experience to be as delightful as possible, which is why our welcome offer works alongside any other discounts - automatic or otherwise. It's our way of saying thank you for giving us a try.
All other rewards that apply automatically at the product level - like savings on bundles or pre-order items - will always work with your chosen code. Your checkout will always show you the best possible price based on what's in your cart and which code you've applied.
What this means for you
- You’re in control: Use whichever code gives you the best deal, whenever you want.
- Automatic discounts always apply: Product-level offers and cart thresholds stack as normal.
- One reward code per order: Choose your best one at checkout.
- Your codes don’t expire, unless stated: Use them when the time feels right.
