You can return any product within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked and with no restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • Once we’ve received and inspected the item, your refund will be processed within 7 days of collection to your original payment method.

365-Day Extended Quality Guarantee – Because Craftsmanship Matters

Our commitment to quality extends far beyond delivery. If your item experiences a verifiable defect or deterioration within 365 days, we’re here to make it right—whether that means a return, repair, or replacement.


Restocking Fees (After 30 Days)

Returns made within the first 30 days are completely free of charge. For returns under our extended quality policy, a small restocking fee may apply—we'll take care of everything else, including return logistics. This fee will be borne by the customer, as outlined below:

Return Process & Conditions
  • Items must be returned in like-new condition, with original packaging, tags included, and any included accessories
  • Made-for-You (customized) products are not eligible for return
  • Issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage are not covered
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@fableroom.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a supporting photo if available
  • All returns and claims are subject to internal inspection and approval
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse.
