At FableRoom, we believe that thoughtful design should be backed by thoughtful service. Our returns and quality policy is crafted with the same care as our collections—giving you flexibility when your needs change and reassurance when something isn’t quite right. For all products (except cushions and throws), we pickup the item ourselves entirely free of charge - so you don't have to move an inch! And for cushions and throws, we assign a nearby drop-off location. 


30-Day Easy Returns – No Questions Asked

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked and with no restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the item.

365-Day Extended Quality Guarantee – Because Craftsmanship Matters

Our commitment to quality extends far beyond delivery. If your item experiences a verifiable defect or deterioration within 365 days, we’re here to make it right—whether that means a return, repair, or replacement.


Restocking Fees (After 30 Days)

Returns made within the first 30 days are completely free of charge. For returns under our extended quality policy, a small restocking fee may apply—this fee will be borne by the customer, as outlined below:

Return Process & Conditions
  • Items must be returned in like-new condition, with original packaging, tags included, and any included accessories
  • Made-for-You (customized) products are not eligible for return
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@fableroom.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a supporting photo if available
  • For small items such as cushions and throws, returns can be made via designated drop-off locations. Once your return is booked, Carriers will share a list of nearby partner shops based on your pin code, where you can conveniently drop off the item
