Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on orders over £100 across England, Scotland and Wales. For Northern Ireland, we levy a shipping surcharge of £30 per order. There is no returns surcharge or fee applied, and all returns are free.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If your order has already been processed, you may be eligible for a return under our return policy.
Delivery & Availability
We're transparent about when your order will arrive. Here's what each availability status means:
Ready to Ship – Arrives in 1-2 weeks
These products are in our UK warehouse and ready to go. Most orders arrive within 7 days, but we allow up to 2 weeks to account for carrier delays during busy periods.
Standard Shipping – Arrives in 3-5 weeks
We keep our UK warehouse intentionally lean to avoid overstocking and waste. Most of our products stay ready at our manufacturing facilities, dispatched fresh as soon as you order. Because they ship internationally, the journey takes 3-5 weeks, but you’re getting furniture straight from the maker’s floor to your home.
Pre-Order – Arrives in 5-10 weeks
These are new designs we've approved and want to give you early access to. They're still in production on the shop floor, which means they take longer than Standard Shipping. By ordering early, you lock in:
- 10% off the regular price (on selected items)
- Priority dispatch when production is complete
Room of Choice Delivery
We take delivery as seriously as design, quality, and fair pricing. For larger items or when you simply need an extra pair of hands, our team is happy to assist with ROC delivery at a nominal charge of just £20.
Your item will be delivered directly to a room of your choice within your home, including upstairs, as long as it's safely accessible. A trained two-person team will handle everything with care. You'll receive a scheduled delivery window ahead of time, and you'll be able to track your delivery on the day.
Please note that assembly is not included. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery path is clear and accessible. If there are any tight staircases, restricted access points, or anything unusual we should know about, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Most Room of Choice deliveries take place within 5-10 business days from the time your item is dispatched. Deliveries to more remote areas, such as the Highlands or Islands, may take a little longer or have limited availability.
