1. How does FableRoom offer lower prices compared to traditional retailers?
We cut out the middlemen. Instead of going through wholesalers, distributors, and showrooms, we source directly from artisans and manufacturers, bringing you beautifully crafted homeware at a fairer price.
2. Do you compromise on quality?
Absolutely not. We lower costs—not standards. Every piece is thoughtfully designed, expertly crafted, and made to last.
3. Is there a minimum order value?
No, you can order without any minimum quantity or value. However, to qualify for free shipping, your order must be at least £100.
Shipping & Delivery
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on the product and location:
- UK-Shipped Products: 5-7 working days
- Internationally Shipped Products: 12-15 days (may be subject to delays)
- Made-to-Order Items: 8-10 weeks
Each product page includes estimated shipping times.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
6. Do you ship to Northern Ireland?
Yes, we do! Shipping to Northern Ireland is available just like the rest of the UK.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If your order has already been processed, you may be eligible for a return under our return policy.

8. What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
9. What are the return conditions?
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including all tags).
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
10. How do I start a return?
- Email support@fableroom.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the return instructions—we’ll arrange a return pickup at no additional cost.
- Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the item.

12. Will you be adding more products in the future?

13. How durable are FableRoom products?
All our products are made by experienced craftspeople using high-quality materials. Because they’re handmade with attention to detail and tested for everyday use, they’re built to be durable and to last over time with normal use.

14. Where do you manufacture your products?
We work directly with expert makers—often family-run workshops—who’ve been perfecting their craft for generations.
Many of our pieces are made in India, where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in the work come first.
We don’t choose where to produce based on cost. We choose based on quality.
India is home to some of the world’s finest artisans in woodwork, textiles, and handwoven rugs. By working closely with them, we’re able to bring you exceptional pieces—made to last, and made with care.

16. Do you offer colour or fabric samples for rugs and cushions?
We don't currently offer samples on the website, but we’re working to make them available very soon. In the meantime, please feel free to email us at support@fableroom.com, and we’ll do our best to arrange swatches for you. ✨
17. Do you offer runner rugs?
Yes, we do! Some of our rugs are available in runner sizes — typically 76 x 214 cm (2.5 x 7 ft) or 80 x 250 cm (2.6 x 8.2 ft). You can filter by these sizes on our Rugs Collection page.

18. Can I order a rug in a custom size?
Yes, we offer custom sizing on select rugs. Simply select a rug of your choice from our "Custom Rug" collection and enter your preferred dimensions—anywhere from 2ft to 9ft wide and 2ft to 12ft long. Pricing is calculated instantly and is subject to a minimum price for rugs under 25 square feet.
As each rug is made to order, most custom rugs will ship within 6–8 weeks. Please note, since these rugs are crafted specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, we’ll gladly cover any defects or damage that may occur.

19. What BNPL options are available?
We’ve partnered with Klarna and PayPal Pay in 3 to offer flexible, interest-free payment plans. This means you can bring home the pieces you love today and spread the cost over time.
20. How does it work?
It’s simple:
Step 1: Add your chosen pieces to your basket.
Step 2: At checkout, select Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3 as your payment option.
Step 3: Choose the plan that suits you best — options may vary depending on your order amount and credit history.
Step 4: Complete your purchase. the respective BNPL platforms will take care of the rest and send you reminders when payments are due.
All our BNPL plans are 0% interest, with no hidden fees, as long as payments are made on time.
21. Is BNPL available on all FableRoom products?
Yes — Klarna and PayPal Pay in 3 can be used across our full range, from rugs and cushions to larger furniture pieces.

23. Who is eligible to apply for a FableRoom Trade account?
The FableRoom Trade Program is designed for professionals and businesses operating in interior design, architecture, property development, hospitality, and real estate. If your work involves sourcing or specifying furnishings and decor for residential or commercial spaces, you are likely eligible.
24. How long does it take to approve my application?
You will hear from us within 48–72 hours of submitting your application.
25. What trade benefits are included with a FableRoom Trade membership?
As a Trade member, you will receive exclusive benefits including 5 -15 percent off preferred pricing based on tier spends, early access to new collections, and dedicated support from our trade team. The more you engage with FableRoom throughout the year, the more your benefits will grow.
26. Is there an annual minimum spend required to maintain my trade tier?
Yes. Your trade tier is reviewed annually and is based on your total spend within a 12-month period. To retain your current tier and its associated benefits, you must meet the required annual spend threshold.
27. How can I request a quote for a trade order?
To request a quote, please email trade@fableroom.com with details of the products and quantities you are interested in. Our trade team will respond with a personalised quote and any additional information you may require.
28. Can I place a trade order through the FableRoom website?
Yes. You can place trade orders directly through our website using your trade account login. Once you are signed in, your exclusive trade pricing will automatically apply at checkout.
29. Is there a minimum order value required to receive the trade discount?
Yes. To unlock and apply your FableRoom Trade discount, your order must meet a minimum purchase value of £100. Orders below this threshold will not be eligible for trade pricing.
30. What payment options are available for trade orders?
All trade orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Standard payment methods are available at checkout.
31. How will I know if my trade discount has been applied?
Your trade discount will be automatically applied and visible at checkout when you are logged into your trade account. If you do not see your discount reflected, please contact trade@fableroom.com for support.
32. Do FableRoom Trade offer fabric swatches, or wood finish and rug samples?
Yes. You can purchase available rug swatches directly from the product pages within the rug section of our website. For fabric or wood finish samples, or if you have a specific request, please contact trade@fableroom.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
33. Does FableRoom offer custom or made-to-order services?
Yes. FableRoom can accommodate bespoke design requests for larger projects. Please contact trade@fableroom.com to discuss your requirements with our trade team.
34. Can I return trade orders?
Yes. Trade orders follow the same return policy as general orders, unless otherwise stated for made-to-order or custom items.
35. Can two offers be combined?
No—only one discount can be applied per order. On your first order, you can choose between your trade discount or the welcome offer (shared via email once your application is approved)—whichever gives you the greater saving. Please note, product-level discounts also cannot be combined with trade discounts. In every case, the higher discount will apply.
