Agate is a naturally banded semiprecious stone formed from volcanic rock. In the Claire, a slice or slab of agate — or an agate-resin composite — forms the tabletop, showcasing the stone's colourful, translucent layers.

The Claire measures approximately 120cm (L) × 60 cm (W) ×45cm (H). Dimensions may vary as natural agate slabs differ in size.

The Claire features a metal base — typically in gold or black powder-coated finish — which contrasts beautifully with the rich, coloured stone top.

Natural agate rates 6.5–7 on the Mohs scale, making it harder than marble and fairly scratch-resistant. However, it can chip on edges if impacted.
