Spot clean cushions gently, keep them away from direct sunlight, and fluff and rotate regularly to maintain their shape. Gently shake tassels and fringe outdoors to remove loose fibres. For reed diffusers, insert the reeds into the oil and turn them weekly over a paper towel to refresh the fragrance. Use more reeds for a stronger scent and fewer for a lighter one. Keep away from heat, sunlight, children, pets, and delicate surfaces.

Slight colour variations in cushions may occur due to screen settings, natural dyes, and handcrafted production. Reed diffuser oil may change colour over time without affecting its fragrance. Use fresh reeds when changing fragrances. Diffuser lifespan depends on room size, temperature, and the number of reeds used.

We offer doorstep delivery for your order. Delivery fee of £3.95 applies for orders under £100, £7.95 for orders over £100, or £14.95 for items requiring 2-man delivery. For Northern Ireland orders, an additional surcharge of £23 applies to one-man delivery, and £35 applies to two-man delivery.
