We deliver throughout England, Scotland, and Wales with free shipping on orders over £100. For Northern Ireland, we offer delivery of smaller items with minimal surcharge. All returns are free with no surcharges regardless of location.

If something doesn’t fit in your space as you’d like you can return any product within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Your peace of mind and trust matters and if an item has a verifiable defect or deterioration within 365 days, we'll repair, replace, or refund it.

For furniture and large items: We arrange free pickup at your home

For small items (cushions, throws, bedding, lamps): Return via nearby drop-off locations - we'll share the list based on your postcode

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the item.

Within 30 days: No restocking fees whatsoever

After 30 days: Small restocking fees apply for verified defects:

- Furniture/Mirrors/Rugs: £40

- Bedding: £20

- Cushions/Throws: £10
