Care Guide
Machine washable at 30°C or below in a machine of 9kg capacity or higher. Wash separately on a gentle cycle, without bleach or fabric softeners. For stains, lukewarm water and a mild soap is all you need. If you notice a long thread, cut it with scissors - pulling it will damage the weave.
New rugs may carry a natural scent and shed a little - both are normal and will settle quickly. Air the rug out before first use and lay it flat; any folds will smooth out within a few days. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Vacuum regularly with suction only to keep the pile looking its best, and use an underlay to protect the rug and keep it in place.

We do our best to represent colours and designs as accurately as possible, though slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting in your space. Due to their handcrafted nature, our rugs may feature small irregularities, subtle dye variations, and size differences of up to ±3% - all part of what makes each piece unique.
Hand-tufted wool rugs may also experience initial shedding, as loose fibres work their way out of the pile. This is a natural characteristic of wool and will reduce over time with regular use and care.
You may also notice subtle shading or “watermarking,” where the pile reflects light differently depending on its direction. This can create lighter or darker areas that may shift with use, vacuuming, or brushing. These variations are a natural feature of wool rugs and not a manufacturing defect.

We offer doorstep delivery for your order. Delivery fee of £3.95 applies for orders under £100, £7.95 for orders over £100, or £14.95 for items requiring 2-man delivery. There is an additional £30 surcharge for all Northern Ireland orders.
