For leather bags, clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt and marks. Avoid soaking the leather or using harsh chemicals, detergents, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. For wool scarves, hand wash in cold water using a mild, wool-safe detergent or opt for dry cleaning. Avoid wringing or twisting, gently squeeze out excess water, and lay flat to dry away from direct heat and sunlight. Store folded with a natural moth deterrent. For jewellery, store in the provided soft pouch away from direct sunlight, water, and perfume. Wipe gently with a dry, lint-free cloth after wearing, and avoid contact with lotions, hairsprays, and cleaning products to protect the gold vermeil finish and natural gemstones.

Natural merino and cashmere wool scarves may vary slightly in shade, weave, softness, fringe length, and finished dimensions due to the natural fibres and hand-finishing process. Shipping
We offer doorstep delivery for your order. Delivery fee of £3.95 applies for orders under £100, £7.95 for orders over £100, or £14.95 for items requiring 2-man delivery. For Northern Ireland orders, an additional surcharge of £23 applies to one-man delivery, and £35 applies to two-man delivery.
