We recommend using rug underlay for our handwoven rugs to prevent movement and protect against colour transfer. Shake or beat the mat to remove loose dirt. Rotate periodically for even wear. Treat spots and stains promptly. Keep the rug dry and blot spills immediately with a dry, white cloth or paper towel. For stubborn stains, seek specialist advice. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

We aim to accurately represent our rug designs and colours online, but they may vary slightly due to screen settings and room lighting. The scale of the rug artwork may differ between sizes. Hand-woven rugs may have natural irregularities, which add to their unique character. Size variations of up to ±3% and slight dye lot differences are normal due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags intact
• A valid proof of purchase is required
• Once we’ve received and inspected the item, your refund will be processed within 7 days of collection to your original payment method.

Restocking Fees (After 30 Days)

Returns made within the first 30 days are completely free of charge. For returns under our extended quality policy, a small restocking fee may apply—we'll take care of everything else, including return logistics. This fee will be borne by the customer, as outlined below:

• Items must be returned in like-new condition, with original packaging, tags included, and any included accessories
• Made-for-You (customized) products are not eligible for return
  
• To initiate a return, email us at support@fableroom.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a supporting photo if available
  
• For small items such as cushions and throws, returns can be made via designated drop-off locations. Once your return is booked, Carriers will share a list of nearby partner shops based on your pin code, where you can conveniently drop off the item
