The Ethan is crafted from reclaimed solid wood — typically old-growth mango or sheesham — sourced from repurposed structures, giving each piece a unique history and character.

The Ethan measures approximately 110cm (L) × 110cm (W) × 38cm (H). Check the product page for exact dimensions per variant.

Reclaimed wood comes from previously used timber — old buildings, barns, or industrial structures. Using it reduces demand for new timber and gives old wood a second life, making it an eco-friendly choice.

Yes — and that's intentional. Knots, nail holes, saw marks, and colour variations are natural features of reclaimed timber that give the Ethan its characterful, aged aesthetic.

The Ethan is finished with a light oil or wax to stabilise the wood and enhance its natural patina while preserving its rustic appearance.

Wipe with a dry cloth for daily cleaning. Re-oil the surface every 6–12 months using a food-safe or furniture oil. Avoid placing wet items directly on the wood.

Reclaimed old-growth wood is often denser than new timber. The Ethan typically weighs 25–35 kg. Two people are advised for positioning.
