We offer doorstep delivery for your order. Delivery fee of £3.95 applies for orders under £100, £7.95 for orders over £100, or £14.95 for items requiring 2-man delivery. There is an additional £30 surcharge for all Northern Ireland orders.

What a fabulous find!

Everything You Need To Know

925 sterling silver as the base, finished one of two ways: rhodium-plated for a bright silver-white tone, or 18k yellow gold vermeil, a solid gold layer of at least 2.5 microns over the silver, for a warm gold tone.

Lab-grown, and IGI certified on every piece. Chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds, same crystal structure, different origin.

Nothing chemically or optically, both are pure carbon diamond. The only difference is where they're formed, underground over millions of years, or in a lab over weeks.

VVS-VS clarity, E-F colour, across the whole range, a near-colourless, very high clarity grade.

Every ring comes in three sizes: L, M and P.

Custom size is available according to the size chart given on the page with a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. Get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible for your piece.

Keep it away from water, perfume and chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing, and store in a dry, airtight pouch when it's not on.

Yes. Let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@fableroom.com with your order number, Once your return is booked, our carrier will share a list of nearby partner shops based on your postcode where you can drop it off or we will come collect it. Exchanges are free, both ways. If you'd prefer a refund, a £5 charge applies to change-of-mind returns, that's simply what the return leg costs us. If your scarf arrives faulty or damaged, we cover everything and there's no charge at all.

Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 days of your piece reaching our warehouse. For a buyer's remorse return, the £5 reverse logistic charge is deducted from your refund.. If your piece was faulty or damaged, you'll be refunded in full.

Yes, and it's free  both ways, with no charge. Email support@fableroom.com with your order number and what you'd like instead, and we'll arrange it and handle the logistics from both ends.

Please send it back unworn, in its original box and pouch, with the security tag still attached if there was one. If a piece comes back without its tag or showing signs of wear, we'll inspect it and may reduce your refund to reflect its condition.
