Vacuum using suction only or a soft brush attachment — avoid stiff bristles. For spills, blot immediately and spot clean with a wool-specific, pH-neutral detergent. For a full wash, use a front-loading machine only (top-loaders can snag and matt the fibres) on a cold, delicate cycle with a mild, non-bleach detergent. Never use bleach or fabric softener. Air-dry first; a low-heat tumble finish can be used afterward to restore fluffiness. Larger sizes may need a commercial-capacity washer.
Buying Guide
This rug is hand-tufted using wool that has been specially treated to be machine washable - a different process to standard wool tufting. As with any wool rug, mild fibre shedding is normal in the first 3–4 months and reduces with use. Being designed to be pliable for washing, the rug is generally lighter and more flexible than a standard tufted wool rug; a rug pad is strongly recommended for stability and comfort. Expect up to 5% size, colour, or texture variance due to its handmade nature. Check fit and washer capacity before ordering larger sizes. We do our best to show our rug colours and designs accurately, though slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

We offer doorstep delivery for your order. Delivery fee of £3.95 applies for orders under £100, £7.95 for orders over £100, or £14.95 for items requiring 2-man delivery. There is an additional £30 surcharge for all Northern Ireland orders.
