To care for this item, we recommend spot clean only and avoid direct placement in sunlight. To help prolong the life of your cushions and pads, we advise the cushions should be hand-fluffed and reversed regularly in order to preserve their softness and suppleness.

Shipping is free on orders over £100 across England, Scotland and Wales. For Northern Ireland, we levy a shipping surcharge of £30 per order. There is no returns surcharge or fee applied and all returns are free.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If your order has already been processed, you may be eligible for a return under our return policy.

Room of Choice Delivery

We take delivery as seriously as design, quality, and fair pricing. For larger items—or when you simply need an extra pair of hands—our team is happy to assist with ROC delivery at a nominal charge of just £20.

Your item will be delivered directly to a room of your choice within your home, including upstairs, as long as it’s safely accessible. A trained two-person team will handle everything with care. You’ll receive a scheduled delivery window ahead of time, and you’ll be able to track your delivery on the day.

Please note that assembly is not included. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery path is clear and accessible. If there are any tight staircases, restricted access points, or anything unusual we should know about, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Most Room of Choice deliveries take place within 5–10 business days from the time your item is dispatched. Deliveries to more remote areas, such as the Highlands or Islands, may take a little longer or have limited availability.

Returns

For all products (except cushions and throws), we pickup the item ourselves entirely free of charge - so you don't have to move an inch! Restocking Fees (After 30 Days)

Returns made within the first 30 days are completely free of charge. For returns under our extended quality policy, a small restocking fee may apply—we'll take care of everything else, including return logistics. This fee will be borne by the customer, as outlined below:

  • Items must be returned in like-new condition, with original packaging, tags included, and any included accessories
  • Made-for-You (customized) products are not eligible for return
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@fableroom.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a supporting photo if available
  • For small items such as cushions and throws, returns can be made via designated drop-off locations. Once your return is booked, Carriers will share a list of nearby partner shops based on your pin code, where you can conveniently drop off the item
