To care for this item, we recommend spot clean only and avoid direct placement in sunlight. To help prolong the life of your cushions and pads, we advise the cushions should be hand-fluffed and reversed regularly in order to preserve their softness and suppleness.

We strive to ensure our photos accurately reflect the colours, but please note that actual colours may differ slightly due to variations in monitor settings. If you are purchasing items in the same colour at different times, minor colour discrepancies may occur, as products may come from different dye lots and natural linen qualities can result in slight variations in shade.

• The item must be unused and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags intact
• A valid proof of purchase is required
• Once we’ve received and inspected and inspected the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

Restocking Fees (After 30 Days)

Returns made within the first 30 days are completely free of charge. For returns under our extended quality policy, a small restocking fee may apply—we'll take care of everything else, including return logistics. This fee will be borne by the customer, as outlined below:

• Items must be returned in like-new condition, with original packaging, tags included, and any included accessories
• Made-for-You (customized) products are not eligible for return
• Issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage are not covered
• To initiate a return, email us at support@fableroom.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a supporting photo if available
• All returns and claims are subject to internal inspection and approval
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse.
