Use Coasters & Mats: Use coasters, placemats, or trivets under hot or cold items to protect surfaces from damage. Inspect Regularly: Periodically check for loose fittings or hardware and tighten as necessary to ensure stability.

Handling & Storage: Lift objects carefully rather than dragging them. Ensure items are dry before storing, and apply a protective coating if recommended for seasonal storage.

Colour & Texture Accuracy: We strive to represent colours accurately, but variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and material characteristics. The actual product may differ slightly in colour and texture from online or printed images.

Natural Variations: Natural materials (wood, stone, marble, metal, agate) may exhibit unique variations in grain, texture, and colour. These differences are inherent features and not defects.

Unique Characteristics: Stone, marble, agate, and bone inlay may have natural imperfections or variations in pattern and surface texture. Upholstery fabrics and leathers may also display differences in colour and pattern.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags intact
• A valid proof of purchase is required
• Once we’ve received and inspected and inspected the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

Restocking Fees (After 30 Days)

Returns made within the first 30 days are completely free of charge. For returns under our extended quality policy, a small restocking fee may apply—we'll take care of everything else, including return logistics. This fee will be borne by the customer, as outlined below:

• Items must be returned in like-new condition, with original packaging, tags included, and any included accessories
• Made-for-You (customized) products are not eligible for return
• Issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage are not covered
• To initiate a return, email us at support@fableroom.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a supporting photo if available
• All returns and claims are subject to internal inspection and approval
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse.
